now what
So, it's been awhile - let me think about what has happened since Xmas...Mom and Dad went to a wedding New Year's Eve and left me with my Aunty Kim. They had a great time they said but Mom said she needed more sleep and coffee...whatever that means.
It was a sad New Year's Eve as we had to put Grandma's dog Bailey to sleep...he was 12, in pain, he had Cushings's disease. Mom cried so Dad had to take Bailey. My Grandma Walls is still in the hospital; she had a small stroke New Year's Day but they expect she will recover completely. She will hopefully be home to our house this week.
Grandpa Walls went back to China but we will see him in Boston as he is running in the Boston Marathon in April. Mom and I are going to fly to Boston and meet him there. He has always wanted to run in that marathon Mom says so we are going to be there when he finishes; Mom says she wants to get a picture of Grandpa and I crossing the finish line. My other Grandpa hasn't been feeling well either; he is having teeth troubles (and I know what that is like) and so he has been sore.
Dad is going back to work Feb 4th for 28 straight nights so it will be just me and mom. Dad is sad cuz he'll miss Mom's birthday (which is Valentine's day so that is twice as bad) but she says he'll make up for it...somehow... He will also miss his birthday (Feb 6th) with Uncle Jay and Uncle Jon whose birthdays are also around his. I found a daycare lady named Barb and she is only 4 doors away. I went over there for an afternoon to see how it was. I was there for the afternoon and then Mom picked me up after work. Barb said I was perfect... like that is a surprise.. :)
Mom and I had our picture taken with something called the Grey Cup. I don't know why that big cup is so popular (you can't drink out of it) but we were in line for an hour until we got our picture taken. Here is a picture of the picture of us with the Grey Cup.

Well, I should go. I have a cold and am a little cranky...but it hasn't slowed me down any...
Love to all of you
Kenzie
